The organising committee in Manchester welcome PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from across the UK to present at this one day symposium on the broad theme of nanomaterials on the 16th May.

The scope includes but is not limited to the following topics:

  • nanomaterials
  • colloids and interface science
  • self-assembly
  • bio-materials
  • theory and simulation of materials

The day will begin and end with plenary talks from Dr. Natalia Martsinovich of the University of Sheffield and Prof. Joshua Edel of Imperial College London.

The conference is free to attend, and there are a limited amount of travel grants available. Please indicate when registering if you would like to be considered for a travel grant.
